Venture studio 25madison appoints Justine Lee to Chief Operating Officer

New York, NY: 25madison, a New York-based venture studio, today announced the promotion of Justine Lee to Chief Operating Officer. Lee, who has served as the company’s General Counsel and Chief Impact Officer since 2019, will retain oversight of legal affairs and impact strategy while adding business and operating responsibilities.

Justine is an extremely talented executive who is equally comfortable leading investments, navigating legal issues, and running operations,” says Steven Price, CEO of 25madison. “We are thrilled that Justine will help us continue to grow our business while maintaining a great culture for our employees, our entrepreneurs, and our partners,” Price added. Prior to joining 25madison, Lee headed corporate strategy and legal at CitiBike and its parent company Motivate, the North American bike sharing company. Lee led Motivate’s sale to ride hail company Lyft in 2018 and then helped oversee Lyft’s expansion into electric bikes and scooters.
