New York, NY: 25madison promotes Matt Berberian to Head of Studio, effective immediately. Berberian, who has served as the company’s VP of Design and Development since 2019, will continue to lend his creative edge to the active direction of 25madison’s incubation cohorts, and further develop its design, testing and process capabilities. Berberian will form part of 25madison’s leadership team alongside CEO Steven Price, President Matt Fremont-Smith, COO Justine Lee and newly appointed Chief Partnership Officer Kirk Posmantur.
“Matt leads our incubation process, and I’m excited to see his impact on our next cohort of businesses,” says Steven Price, CEO of 25madison. “Matt creates tech-enabled, user-centered businesses that are intuitive and enjoyable. His skill in designing branded experiences is unmatched and a differentiator in the venture space.”
Berberian’s promotion follows the successful launch of 25madison’s 2020 incubation cohort, represented by The Beet, harbor, Limelight, and artza, along with co-founded companies Onda and Rewire Fitness. Developed through the assessment of thousands of ideas and refined into business concepts, these companies have progressed from high-conviction internal incubations to scalable businesses.
“Our talented team of creative experts allows us to rapidly ideate unique product concepts, validate in-market with real users, and ultimately build branded experiences — ones that have purpose, that customers love, and provide oversized value for the business. I’m excited and proud to be able to scale our studio capabilities with this next cohort and beyond,” says Berberian.
